Ask Todd Gambrell what he strives to provide for his clients and he does not hesitate: “Peace of mind.”
“When someone is going through estate issues or other legal matters, that is very likely the most important thing in that person’s life at the moment. It wakes them up in the middle of the night. My responsibility is to help them get through this trying time by handling their matters quickly, expertly and cost-efficiently while giving them an exceptional level of care and service,” Todd explains.
Todd specializes in all facets of estate planning – wills, trusts, powers of attorney and estate-tax, gift-tax, foundation and charitable planning. He works closely with families to ensure that their desires are carried out as they pass assets from generation to generation as well as to charitable causes and foundations. Todd is well known for this expertise and is often asked to speak on the topic of estate planning.
In addition to handling the estate planning needs of clients, Todd serves as general counsel for a number of small businesses, representing them with the establishment of their businesses and their ongoing day-to-day legal needs. He advises many medical and other professionals in the area of business planning as well.
A Midland native, Todd is extremely active in the community. “Midland is a great town, and great towns don’t just happen,” he says. “People have to step up and participate. I believe that no matter what your area of expertise, you owe it to your community to give back in any way you can. The people of Midland get involved … make things happen. I’m proud to be part of such a dynamic, caring community.”
